  • Ensure compliance with agreed practices globally.
  • Lead in a highly ambitious growth culture organization and understand that we want to do everything possible to make it.

Who you are

  • You are a project and people leader capable of leading in a global setup and ensuring that we always exceed expectations. You have led teams with multiple levels under your leadership.
  • Extensive experience in leading global customer project deliveries, including the development and optimization of delivery models, operational processes, and governance structures.
  • Proven capability in establishing and scaling supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, resilience, and alignment with global business objectives.

Additionally we appreciate the following

  • Expertise in industrial instrumentation, automation, and connectivity solutions, including IoT systems, sensors, gateways, data acquisition platforms, and secure cloud integrations (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS IoT).
Strong leadership in connectivity and edge software development initiatives, driving productization, platform strategies, and scalable digital solutions.
  • Understanding of industrial control networks (PLC, DCS, SCADA) and historian data collection systems (e.g., AVEVA PI / OSIsoft PI) within industrial environments.
  • Good understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) tools and processes, supporting efficient product development, engineering collaboration, and lifecycle governance.
