We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Crusher Wears Services, to join our Aggregates and Mining Crusher Wears Product Line teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying the Crusher Wears services with a target to support our profitable growth. You will focus on developing our new Crusher Wears services such as Chamber Expert Service and wear reporting services. You are also responsible for implementing new services in collaboration with the Product Line, DMO, and Market area teams.

This position can be located in any of our main Metso locations.

You will join a team of professionals dedicated to making the Crusher Wears business line successful in close collaboration with our market area and DMO organizations. You are part of both Aggregates and Mining Crusher Wears Product Line teams. Our team culture is all about creating value and succeeding together.

What you’ll do

This position consists of three focus points:

Lead the development of Crusher Wears services to both Aggregates and Mining segments.
Development of new services and service concepts to support our profitable growth.
Lead implementation of service concepts

Who you are

Prior experience and understanding in Mining and Aggregates businesses including knowledge about crushers and crusher wears.
Excellent business and commercial understanding, with the ability to continuously improve existing solutions.
Customer focused mindset and experience working in service-oriented environment
Interest and capability for concept development, whether refining product features, exploring new markets, or enhancing services.
Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
