We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Distributor Program Development team, part of the Distribution Management Organization (DMO). You will be responsible for developing data‑driven insights, reporting, and analytics that support our global DMO teams and programs. Your role plays a crucial part in improving distributor performance management, harmonizing global processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. In this position, you will report to Samu Päivärinne, Senior Manager, Business Development.

 


This position is mainly located in Tampere, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

 

 

Team you belong to

 


You will join a team responsible for data‑driven business development and the development and execution of global DMO programs. Together, we build programs, tools, processes, dashboards, and

insights that support regional organizations and improve distributor performance globally. We work closely with global DMO colleagues and other stakeholders across business lines, IT, and data analytics to ensure unified processes and world‑class distributor performance management. Our ways of working are collaborative, data‑driven, hands‑on, and future‑oriented. We’re building a new team and ways of working, and we’re looking for the right candidate to join us on this journey.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Design and develop harmonized, data‑driven solutions and contribute to long‑term analytics development.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Build Salesforce analytics together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve data quality and insight relevance.
  • Coach colleagues to use reports and dashboards and turn insights into actions.
  • Participate in creating a data-oriented culture across the organization.

 

Who you are

 

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • You hold a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or M.Sc. (Tech.) is a plus.
  • You have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset and turn data into actionable insights to drive evidence‑based business decisions.
  • You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable training and supporting regional stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • You have hands-on experience with Excel and developing reports/dashboards with Power BI, or a similar BI tool. Knowledge of DAX, Salesforce, SQL, Python, and SAP is considered a plus.
