Introduction
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our aggregates segment sales team in Finland! In this role you will be responsible for managing sales for crushing and screening customers located in Finland. The main responsibilities are proactive sales, offer calculations and supporting other market area operations. In this position, you will report to Senior Sales Manager, Aggregates Finland.
This position involves frequent domestic travel to customer sites. You can be located anywhere in Finland, as long as you are able to spend some time in our Tampere office during the onboarding phase of your employment.
In this role you will be responsible for direct part, equipment and services sales, and you will have a key role in business development together with the sales team. You will be an important member of a diverse group of professionals with plenty of opportunities for growth.
What you do
- Proactive sales of crushing and screening equipment, parts and services
- Responsible for developing the business with current customers and finding new ones
- Proactive communication with customers, including frequent visits to customer sites
- Responsible for high-quality documentation and traceability of work
- Own the business cases to ensure we are meeting the quality and profit expectations

- Bravery to face situations where you don’t know the answers, but are willing to find out
- Eager and capable of learning more and new things
- Commercial and/or technical background is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
- Focus on financial goals and development of new business possibilities
- Structured and organized way of working
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Finnish are required. Basic understanding of English is needed, as most of our trainings are in English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset
