You will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and operational excellence by developing and executing commercial and technical strategies within the Asia Pacific, Middle East, India and China regions. With a strong focus on solving customer challenges, maximizing equipment lifecycle value, and expanding market share across both new and existing installed base, this role enables regions to build long-term partnerships, grow recurring revenue through service agreements, and ensures fast, competitive, and value-driven solutions to meet customer needs.
This position is preferably located in Perth, Sydney or Brisbane, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

- Drive complex sales execution by shaping value propositions, guiding technical positioning, and partnering with regional teams to convert high-impact opportunities.
- Enable regional teams with actionable product insights, customer application knowledge, and integrated solution proposals to strengthen value creation and customer engagement.
- Influence product development by translating frontline customer needs and performance gaps into feedback for Product Management and R&D.
- Provide expertise with technical and operational excellence across lifecycle services, including equipment sizing, application engineering, troubleshooting, reliability improvements, installation, commissioning, and service delivery.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in the pumps industry, with significant exposure to slurry pump applications in mining and minerals processing.
- Proven experience in aftermarket leadership roles, with responsibility over parts, services, trials, and replacements.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Experience working in or closely with regional teams, preferably in a matrix or global organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions such as product management, engineering, supply chain, and field service teams.
- Familiarity with sizing tools, CRM systems, sales funnel management, and performance monitoring tools
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world operational challenges.
What's in it for you:
- Annual bonus - global incentive programs tied to business and performance targets.
- Hybrid working possibilities - while we are big advocates of meeting and collaborating in person, we believe in fostering a flexible work environment.
