About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Production Officer - Rubber Liner to support our operations team. You’ll work on rubber lining, surface preparation, sandblasting, painting, and repairs, ensuring all tasks meet our high standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors and team members with daily tasks.
- Operate rubber lining and surface preparation equipment safely and correctly.
- Apply rubber linings to pipes, spools, chutes, and other components.
- Read and work from technical drawings and instructions.
- Maintain quality control and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in rubber lining, repairs, and surface preparation.
- Ability to use trade-specific tools and handle hazardous materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and calculate material requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift licence, confined space, working at heights tickets (desirable)
- Certificate III in Polymer Processing (desirable)
