What You’ll Do

• Responsible for planning and organizing Specialty Services activities for SDS projects in accordance with Metso processes, tools and policies, utilizing solid Project Management practices
• Responsible for managing Specialty Services activities to ensure they are safely planned and executed in accordance with work plans, safety policies, guidelines and applicable rules/regulations
• Responsible to lead Metso Specialty Services resources and sub-contractors
• Lead safety, schedule, quality, scope and cost in Specialty Services activities
• Work with the project delivery team to maintain the project critical path
• Gather relevant metrics data for analysis for continuous improvement
• Innovate all aspects of delivery function to position Metso as tier 1 supplier
• Responsible to support sales in evaluating customer needs and providing technical and cost input into sales cases/proposals
• Lead local sales and deliveries between global projects
• Sales lead generation for future activities at customer plant
• Travel and significant time on site required
• Train and mentor less senior personnel
• Responsible for the Health and Safety Culture of the team 

Who You Are

• English proficiency both in written and verbally 
• Solid technology, process and services understanding
• Site and/or construction management experience
• Valid passport
• MS Project experience
• Japanese language ability, both written and verbal, is a plus.
