What You’ll Do
- Responsible for planning and organizing Specialty Services activities for SDS projects in accordance with Metso processes, tools and policies, utilizing solid Project Management practices
- Responsible for managing Specialty Services activities to ensure they are safely planned and executed in accordance with work plans, safety policies, guidelines and applicable rules/regulations
- Responsible to lead Metso Specialty Services resources and sub-contractors
- Lead safety, schedule, quality, scope and cost in Specialty Services activities
- Work with the project delivery team to maintain the project critical path
- Gather relevant metrics data for analysis for continuous improvement
- Innovate all aspects of delivery function to position Metso as tier 1 supplier
- Responsible to support sales in evaluating customer needs and providing technical and cost input into sales cases/proposals
- Lead local sales and deliveries between global projects
- Sales lead generation for future activities at customer plant
- Travel and significant time on site required
- Train and mentor less senior personnel
- Responsible for the Health and Safety Culture of the team
Who You Are
- English proficiency both in written and verbally
- Solid technology, process and services understanding
- Site and/or construction management experience
- Valid passport
- MS Project experience

Japanese language ability, both written and verbal, is a plus.
