Introduction
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Services Supply Chain. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational projects across our global Supply Chain organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different functions, regions, and organizational levels, contributing to business growth and success. You will report to Mariana Caseño, Senior Manager, Project and Deployment Management.
This role is based on Sorocaba (Brazil), Santiago (Chile), Con Con (Chile) or Lima (Peru) and it involves approximately 20% travel, both domestic and international.
Team you'll belong to
You will join the Supply Chain Project Management Team, a global team responsible for leading and supporting global strategic projects and deployments across the Services Supply Chain organization. Our team plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives with a shared focus on operational efficiency, business grow and sustainable value creation.
We collaborate closely with business leaders, operational teams, process owners, subject matter experts, and other functions to translate business needs into structured projects and ensure successful execution. Our team operates in a highly collaborative and international environment, managing projects across different regions, cultures, functions, and levels of complexity.
Projects include global and regional Supply Chain deployments across a broad range of initiatives, such as process harmonization and standardization, development and implementation of new tools, operating model actions, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives, and cross-regional transformation programs aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and ways of working.
What you’ll do
- Lead global and regional Supply Chain projects from initiation to implementation, including scope definition, planning, governance, resource coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural project teams and stakeholders across regions, ensuring effective decision-making, communication, accountability, and execution.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Prepare clear and concise project status reports, executive summaries, and presentations for senior management.
- Escalate critical risks, issues, and decisions when required.
- Support changing management and deployment activities to ensure sustainable implementation of new processes and ways of working.
- Ensure projects are managed according to established project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions within Supply Chain projects to improve efficiency, decision-making, and ways of working.
- Contribute to the continuous development of project management practices, tools, and ways of working within the organization.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management.
- Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results fast paced, by working independently, taking ownership, and driving topics proactively.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is highly valued.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or involving multiple stakeholders is highly valued.
- Experience with process improvement, transformation, deployment, or change management initiatives is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of and/pr previous experience with AI tools and applications is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; PMP or other relevant project management certification is considered an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
