Introduction

We are seeking a Manager, Services to strengthen our Day-to-Day team in the Regional Hub – Pumps BL (SAM), leading initiatives that enhance service performance, customer value, and aftermarket growth. You will coordinate and support service-related strategies across the SAM region, ensuring governance, standardization, capability development, and sustainable business results. Your contribution will be essential to protect the installed base, increase recurring revenue, and elevate the customer experience.
In this position, you will report to the SAM Aftermarket Regional Head – Pumps BL.
This position is based in the SAM Region (Brazil, Chile and Peru) and involves up to 40% travel (national/international).

 

Team you belong to
You will join a team of aftermarket and service specialists dedicated to enabling Market Areas with frameworks, tools, governance, and strategic direction.
We focus on service process harmonization, LCS/MOI governance, capability development, installed base protection, and aftermarket growth.

You will collaborate with Market Areas, Product Management, Technical Support & Warranty, Commercial Excellence, D2D teams, and Global Inventory Planning.

What you’ll do
•    Manage and expand the service agreement base to secure installed base and recurring revenue.
•    Provide standards, governance, and tools for I&C, maintenance, inspections, and warranty processes (no execution).
•    Drive service process harmonization and documentation standardization across SAM.
•    Support Market Areas in developing and expanding LCS/MOI contract opportunities.
•    Review the MALP with Market Areas and approve/decline strategic discounts.
•    Lead service initiatives focusing on sustainable long-term growth.
•    Monitor service KPIs and guide Market Areas in improvement plans.
•    Work with Global Inventory Planning to define stocking policy and regional performance targets.

 

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
- Experience in aftermarket, service operations strategy, or industrial B2B environments.
- Solid understanding of service business models, contracts, LCS/MOI, maintenance structures, and warranty governance.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and profitability mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working with cross-functional regional teams.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strategic, organized, and execution-driven profile.

- Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills.
