Introduction

We are looking for a Specialist, Manufacturing Planning Processes - SAP, to join our CNS Supply Chain Development team. In this role, you will help standardize ways of working and support SAP PP/PPDS processes across CNS factories, contributing to process excellence and stronger planning performance. You will report to the Director, Demand & Manufacturing Planning Process.

This is a global role and requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

You will join the Supply Chain Processes & Systems team; a group focused on improving ways of working and supporting effective end-to-end processes for the Consumables business line.

Our team works closely with internal factories across different countries, with a strong focus on customer visibility, delivery performance and business growth.

 

What you’ll do

- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global manufacturing planning processes.
- Serve as a key user and subject matter contributor for SAP PP and SAP PP/DS planning processes.
- Support documentation, testing, training, issue analysis and user guidance.
- Review planning data, KPIs and process performance to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work with Production Planning, Supply Chain, IT and factory teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.

 

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's degree in IT and Engineering.
- Experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain or factory planning processes.
- Practical knowledge of SAP PP and SAP PP/DS is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a global environment.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi or Chinese are considered strong advantages.
