Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som projektledare kommer du ha ett helhetsansvar för att driva industriprojekt från start till mål genom att organisera, planera och leda arbetet på ett effektivt sätt, allt i enlighet med Metsos polices och processer.I arbetet ingår att definiera projektens mål och leveranser, upprätta projektbudgetar och tidsplaner, kommunicera med kunder och leverantörer samt på ett motiverande sätt leda det interna projektteamet.

Våra förväntningar / för att lyckas behöver du

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen bör du ha erfarenhet av projektledning samt en teknisk examen från universitet/högskola eller likvärdigt. Du arbetar proaktivt och strukturerat och du har lätt att se helheten. Att kunna uttrycka sig väl i både tal och skrift på svenska och engelska är en förutsättning. Du uppskattar att sitta på en central roll där du naturligt utvecklar nya och befintliga kundrelationer. Som person gillar du att lösa problem och ser möjligheter i komplexa miljöer. Du är positiv, drivande och har lätt för att samarbeta samt har förmågan att leda team på ett tydligt och målinriktat sätt som skapar motivation och engagemang.

We are currently looking for an additional Project Manager to join our project management team in Skellefteå. Main Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving industrial projects from start to finish by organizing, planning, and leading the work efficiently, always in accordance with Metso’s policies and processes.

Your responsibilities include defining project goals and deliverables, establishing project budgets and schedules, communicating with customers and suppliers, and leading the internal project team in an engaging and motivating way.

Our Expectations / To succeed in this role

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in project management as well as a university degree in engineering or equivalent. You work proactively and in a structured manner, with a strong ability to see the bigger picture.

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in Swedish and English are essential. You enjoy working in a central role where you naturally develop both new and existing customer relationships.

As a person, you enjoy problem-solving and see opportunities in complex environments. You are positive, driven, and collaborative, with the ability to lead teams in a clear and goal-oriented way that creates motivation and engagement.
