We are looking for Regional Screening Media emgineer to work within our China Region Screening Business Line team in the CNS Business Area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Screening Media engineer with a for-Screening Excellence and customer satisfaction.
The role located in Shenyang and Quzhou will join our China region screening team and be responsible for developing the Screening Media business, working closely with our market areas and sales channel partners throughout the region, the SCB China region delivery team on setting up, organizing and optimizing our supply channels, global and regional engineering to ensure our offering meets the customer’s needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Regional product & solutions development and management
Media quotation support
Regional product strategies and action plans
Implementation of Global media related strategies
Application support and media selection proposal support
Sourcing strategies and management in unison with the delivery team and CNS supply chain
High level technical support
Onsite support to market areas and sales channels
Product and OEM support (including 3rd party OEM’s)
Optimizations support
Planning and implementation of Screen media related training, internal and external
Pricing strategy
Inventory need
Competitive landscape analysis and performance comparisons
Performance guarantee estimations and approval
Identify Tool development needs
Master data management
Reference and success cases
Marketing content library
Sales and marketing campaigns
Growth and profitability analysis

Relationships and Interfaces

Qualification and Experience

Language skills: Fluent English required; other language skills are seen as bonus.
Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading people and business
5 years or more experience in related products, services, and industries
Proven track record of leading change
Will to take ownership and carry responsibility.
Technical/Commercial degree (MSc, BSc, MBA) or equivalent experience
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
Strategic leadership experience
Ability to network and interact with a wide range of people with different backgrounds.
Ability to develop people and solutions to meet future requirements.
Possess capabilities for fast reaction and response time.
Highly performance driven
