Job posting end date:

Lead finance daily operations in compliance with both Metso principles and Chinese practices, support management team for decision making.

1.Follow the monthly closing schedule ,ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations;

2.Cooperate with operational team to implement cost saving plan, optimize product costing and support quotation module;

3.Manage net working capital optimization (receivables, payables, inventory) and prepare cash flow forecasting properly;

4.Lead financial cost center planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the company;

5.Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly /quarterly/yearly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges);

6.Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance, timely report issues and risks to management;

7.Cooperate with internal and external audit,conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings;

8.Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement;

9.Ad hoc analysis per business requirement;
