INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a Sales Technical Support Engineer to support our commercial goals by providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales journey.
Working closely with the sales team, you will develop project information channels with design institutes, visit customers, lead technical discussions, and recommend solutions that respond to customers’ actual operational needs.
In this position, you will report to the TSS Manager. This is a home-based position within the Domestic Sales Department and requires frequent and extended business travel.
TEAM YOU BELONG TO
You will join the Domestic Sales Department and collaborate closely with regional sales teams, engineering, design institutes, agents, customers, and other internal stakeholders.
The team focuses on delivering technical excellence, supporting business growth, and helping customers improve their operations through fit-for-purpose mineral processing solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Understand and execute the company’s sales strategy, provide pre-sales technical consultation, analyze customer and market needs, and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Coordinate technical matters throughout the sales process and help internal and external stakeholders move opportunities forward effectively.
• Visit design institutes to support the development of project information channels and build constructive, mutually supportive working relationships.
• Visit customers with regional sales teams, lead business and technical discussions, and support value-focused investment decisions based on actual operational needs.
• Deliver product knowledge training to regional sales colleagues and agents.
• Participate in product demonstrations, technical exchange meetings, seminars, and related customer activities.
• Monitor industry technology trends and developments in new technologies, businesses, and equipment, and share relevant insights with the team.
• Collect and analyze information on comparable products, including their functions, performance, and standard configurations.
• Assess the strengths and limitations of our solutions in comparison with other products in the market.
• Communicate technical parameters for newly released equipment to regional sales teams in a timely and practical way.
• Provide technical support before, during, and after the sale, including technical discussions, process selection, process layout, technical handover, equipment acceptance, and design coordination.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to help customers improve their production processes.
• Share experience openly, strengthen technical exchange within the team, and complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the manager.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mineral Processing, Mineral Processing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
• You have strong knowledge of mining machinery products and solid experience in production line or plant process design.
• You demonstrate strong learning agility, communication skills, teamwork, and negotiation capability.
• You are familiar with competing products, including their performance and standard configurations.
• You can respond resourcefully to unexpected situations and approach your work creatively.
• You are proficient in technical drawing tools such as CAD and CAXA, as well as standard office software.
• You possess basic financial knowledge.
• You demonstrate a strong commitment to professional principles, confidentiality, and the responsible use of company equipment and resources.
• You are willing and able to undertake frequent and extended business travel.
