In order to reach annual sales targets of the company, design Institute Project Information Channels, provide technical support during pre-sale, in-sale and after sale stages and travel with sales team to visit customers and conduct technical communication to offer optimal solutions for customers.
工作职责:Job Responsibilities
1. 理解和实施公司营销策略,负责售前技术咨询,与客户进行方案交流,收集、分析用户需求和市场需求,为用户提供最佳方案选择;售中各个流程沟通协调;
Understand and implement sales strategies of the company. Responsible for providing pre-sale technical consultation, communicating our solutions with customers, collecting and analyzing customer requirements and market demands to provide optimal solutions to customers; coordinate in different stages of sales negotiation.
2. 设计院拜访,协助销售团队开发设计院项目信息渠道;与设计院建立相互支持的良好关系;
Conduct visits to design institutes to support sales teams in expanding project information channels and foster mutually beneficial partnerships through collaborative engagement.
3. 与负责区域销售团队一起拜访客户,进行业务、技术实现等方面的交流,以客户的真实需求为导向,引领客户进行价值投资;
Visit customers with sales team; conduct business and technical communications to guide customers to project investment based on their actual needs.
4. 对负责区域销售人员、代理商进行产品知识的培训;参与面向客户的产品演示,技术交流会,技术讲座等活动;
Provide trainings to sales personnel and agents on product knowledge; participate product presentations to customers; participate in technical exchange meetings and technical seminars and other similar activities.
5. 跟踪和学习最新行业技术动态,及时了解新技术,新业务,新设备,并及时向部门成员进行分享;
Follow up and collect the latest technical trends in the industry; get to know timely new technologies, new businesses, new devices and And timely to share with the department members.
6. 收集市场同类产品的功能、性能配置信息,分析比较本公司产品的优缺点;
Collect information about the functionality and performance of same type of products on the market and compare with our products to find the advantages and disadvantages.
7. 根据工程部发布的设备产品技术参数,及时做好本区域销售宣贯工作;
According to the technical parameters of equipment products released by the engineering department, timely do the sales publicity and implementation of the region,
8. 协助销售人员定期开展设计院拜访,组织技术交流,深化产品推广;
Assist sales staff to carry out regular visits to design institutes, organize technical exchanges and deepen product promotion.
9. 负责开展售前、售中、售后技术支持包括但不限于:技术交流、流程选型、工艺布置、技术交底、设备验收、设计联络及向客户提供持续性生产工艺流程改进建议;
Responsible for pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support including but not limited to: technical communication, process selection, process layout, technical disclosure, equipment acceptance, design liaison and providing continuous production process improvement suggestions to customers.
10. 乐意经验分享,加强团队内部技术交流;
Be willing to share the experience and strengthen the technical exchanges within the team

职位需求与任职条件:Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历、从事选矿、矿物加工工程专业;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mineral Processing/Mineral Processing Engineering.
2. 三年以上相关工作经验;
3 years or above related work experience.
3. 精通矿机行业产品知识,具有丰富的产品生产线工艺流程设计经验;
Know well mining machinery and have good experience in production plant design.
4. 具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力,较强的谈判技巧;
Good learning ability, communication skills and team cooperation; strong negotiation skills.
5. 熟悉友商产品性能及标准配置,能灵活处理突发事件,有创造性的开展工作;
Familiar with competitor product performance and standard configuration, resourceful in handling mergencies and able to work creatively.
6. 熟悉 CAD&CAXA 等制图软件及办公软件,具备一定的财务知识;
Know well professional graphics software such as CAD&CAXA and office software; have some basic financial knowledge.
7. 能坚守工作原则,保守公司秘密;严禁利用工作岗位便利,私自使用单位的设备、资源等客观条件从事营利性活动。
Stick to work principles and keep secrets of the company. Strictly prohibited to take advantage of the work position and privately use the equipment and resources of the unit to engage in profit-making activities
