Job Responsibility 工作职责:

 

  • 在北方区域和经销商、市场部密切合作,从提高品牌市场认知度作为切入点完成销售指标考核;
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and the marketing department in the Northern Region, using enhanced brand awareness as a strategic entry point to achieve sales targets.
  • 有一定金属矿山设计院的人脉资源,定期维护和开发设计院资源,以保证获得相应的线索商机;
  • Leverage existing networks and maintain strong relationships within metal mining design institutes to regularly develop resources and secure corresponding leads and business opportunities.
  • 配合集团的整体战略,有效的协助制定和执行市场战略,把集团利益最大化放在最高优先级别;
  • Align with the Group's overall strategy by effectively assisting in the formulation and execution of market strategies, prioritizing group interests maximization above all else.
  • 能快速用卓越的产品和应用知识武装自己,变“价格销售”为“价值销售”;
  • Rapidly arm oneself with superior product and application knowledge to shift the sales model from "price-based selling" to "value-based selling."
  • 和售后服务部门紧密配合,用主机销售带来配件及磨耗件销售的增长;
  • Work in close coordination with the aftermarket service department to drive the growth of spare parts and wear parts sales through the sale of main equipment .
  • 奉行透明、开放的沟通机制,无论是在团队内部还是在公司内部;
  • Practice transparent and open communication mechanisms, both within the team and across the organization.

  • Foster teamwork and contribute to building an open, inclusive, mutually respectful, and highly competitive sales team.
  • 充分理解销售闭环,要求候选人将“驱动客户成功”贯彻到自己的工作态度及具体销售管理全流程工作当中。
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales cycle/closed-loop sales process; candidates are required to integrate "driving customer success" into their work attitude and throughout the entire sales management workflow.

 

Experience Requirements 任职要求:

  • 5年以上金属矿山行业内业务拓展及行业销售经验;
  • Over 5 years of experience in business development and industry sales within the metal mining sector.
  • 经验包括独立工作达到销售目标、区域管理、经销商及渠道开发及管理、大客户开发及维护、系统集成销售和基础财务经验。
  • Proven track record in independent work to meet sales targets, regional management, distributor/channel development and management, key account development and maintenance, system integration sales, and fundamental financial operations.

 

Personality requirements 个人要求:

  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • 近两年内有金属矿山成功销售案例;
  • Possess successful metal mining sales case studies within the last two years.
  • 频繁出差、在强大压力下工作;
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work under high pressure.
  • 有大局观、成熟的全盘考虑意识;
  • Strategic mindset with mature, holistic consideration capabilities.
  • 英语可作为工作语言是加分项。
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
