Introduction to the role：

主要负责公司EPC项目、单机模块化钢构、皮带输送机等产品的结构件标准制定、整体规划、模块化设计、生产技术指导、协助售后问题处理以及市场信息搜集与反馈等；具备一定的项目管理知识，能够协助项目经理和产品主管高效完成公司指定项目的项目管理工作。

Mainly responsible for the formulation of structural component standards, overall planning, modular design, production technology guidance, assistance in handling after-sales issues, and collection and feedback of market information for the company's EPC projects, single-machine modular steel structures, belt conveyors and other products. Possessing certain project management knowledge, one can assist project managers and product supervisors in efficiently completing the project management work of the company's designated projects.

Main responsibilities：

1.负责公司EPC项目的钢结构整体标准制定，确保公司未来EPC项目的市场竞争优势。

1. Responsible for the overall standard formulation of the company's EPC projects steel structure to ensure the company's future market competitive advantage of EPC projects.

2.对公司单机产品的钢结构基础及皮带输送机进行模块化设计，并持续进行优化改进。

2. Conducted modular design for the steel structure foundation and belt conveyor of the company's stand-alone products, and continued optimization and improvement.

3.对公司签订的EPC项目钢结构进行模块化设计，并不断进行改进提升。

3. Conduct modular design for EPC projects steel structure signed by the company, and make continuous improvement

4.解决EPC项目产品在生产和售后服务过程中的技术难题。

4. Solve technical problems of EPC project products in the process of production and after-sales service.

5.及时了解行业新技术、设计新理念，为EPC项目的技术创新提供保障。

5. Keep abreast of new technologies and design concepts in the industry, and provide guarantee for technical innovation of EPC projects.

6.协助完成公司各项目的管理工作。

6. Assist in the management of various projects of the company.

7.对产品技术资料进行有效管理，确保技术资料的准确与安全。

7. Properly manage product technical information and to ensure their accuracy and safety.

8.上级临时交代的岗位职责范围内的其它技术性工作。

8. Other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

To succeed：

1.全日制机械制造及自动化或相关专业专科及以上学历；英语良好

1. College degree or above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing and automation or related subjects; fluent English.

2.熟悉电脑操作，精通机械制图并熟练运用CAD等二维绘图软件，会使用Solid works等三维软件来进行产品设计。

2. Familiar with computer operation; know well mechanical drawing and able to proficiently use 2D drawing software such as CAD; able to 3D drawing software such as Solid works for the design of products.

3.5年以上结构件、输送机相关的设计工作经验，具备一定的项目管理知识储备和项目管理经验。

3. More than 5 years of design experience related to structural components and conveyors, with certain project management knowledge reserves and project management experience.

4.熟悉矿山机械产品，了解矿山机械产品生产工艺流程，熟悉产品市场及客户群体

4. Familiar with machining machinery; know well the production process; know well the products, market and customer groups.

5.工作认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力

5. Responsible and conscientious working attitude; good team spirit and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
