•Responsible of all operational HR matters for all employees located in the geography

•HR business partner for MA Head and the local MA management team, responsible for HR leadership and support in all people related topics

•Partner to Business Area HR’s for employment matters within the region

•Contributes to the geography strategy and business planning by ensuring People input/point of view

•Acts as an ambassador for the Company’s values, leadership principles and drives change & transformation programs

•Leads and manages organization development, talent management and resourcing to ensure lean and efficient organization

•Implements HR processes with quality and on timely manner

•Ensures compliance with global and local processes, rules and code of conduct

•Responsible for managing employee and union relations according to the business strategy

•Develops the company as an employer to deliver positive candidate and employee

•Responsibility to coordinate M&A integration and give support to DD.
