Position Summary:
The purpose of the Compensation and Benefits Services function is to implement and administer compensation policies and practices and to administer benefits, pension programs and salary surveys for country with large Metso presence.
This position is designed for assist Compensation and Benefit Manager on internal & external market data analyst, annual total rewards survey and global C&B project.
Well understand Global Reward Philosophy, guidelines, systems . Assist line manager to provide data analyst on country level policies implementation. Gate keeper on C&B policy/ program implementation and administration. Analyze external market and government regulation changing trend. Liaison with other teams of HRS China and HRBP.
Work together with local HR team to delivery several sites payroll related tasks monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Key team member on Payroll Center, C&B surveys and benchmark associated with market trends when required, and analyze survey information , assist to conduct salary structure update.
- Provide internal and external data analysis to support C&B related policy and program review and update.
- Assist line manager on C&B project, such as job leveling including; conduct on-the-job audits as necessary, ensure job descriptions are in place and accurately describe job content as well as compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide professional C&B counsel and issue documents as required, including salary recommendation, promotion proposal and etc.
- Provide timely feedback on the questions from staffs in terms of C&B issues
- Responsible for generating all C&B reports
- Assist line manager on other C&B tasks when necessary
- Key member for international assignment management :
Ensure to follow related regulation/law strictly in China, provide consultation &advice to business/operations including but not limited to Individual Income Tax, working license, resident permit, foreign currency payment.
Understand Expats benefits terminology, participate in expats survey, conduct survey report analysis and make necessary recommendation.
Evaluate various relocation vendors (including house agent, shipping company, insurance company, tax consulting company and etc.) Make recommendation, track and improve vendor’s performance.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Bachelor degree
- Above 3 years relevant experience in HR Compensation & Benefits field of multinational company, especially with job evaluation methodology preferred.
- Be familiar with China Market, deeply understand grade system(Mercer, Hay)
- Solid compensation and benefit knowledge
- Good analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams throughout the organizations
- Well Internal client service sense with highly reliable follow through on inquiries
- Integrity and confidential sense
- Excellent proficiency with MS software and database management systems.
- Native Chinese speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking
- Successfactor / Platinum experience preferred
