Introduction:

 

We are looking for an effective Product Support Manager to join our Stirred Mills & High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) Product Line Teams within Services Group. As product support manager you will be working with our product management team to build Sales campaigns, opportunity funnel, priorities and product solutions, deployment of new product information, trainings and technology specific value argumentation. 

 

In this position, you will report to the Global Product Manager, High Intensity Grinding (HIG) & Stirred Media Detritors (SMD).

 

This position is preferred to be based in York, PA but, we may consider other locations and we offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options; however, up to 30% of travel, with little notice, may be required.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

•    Responsible for supporting Sales and Technical aspects of Stirred Mills & HPGR business
•    Responsible for the value selling argumentation and win plan for the associated products
•    Ensures timely progress of the sales cases from the opportunities developments until close the deal
•    Understands the market, competition and the industry best practices for the defined technology and ensures that the sales case is built accordingly
•    Train market areas and operational functions in ways to sell
•    Ensures compliance within the sales process, proposals and risk management procedures in active opportunities
•    Supporting Warranty process and inspection report reviews, recommendations, and solution definition. 
•    Escalates issues to the Product Managers. 
•    Constantly seeks new ways to sell and develop business models
•    Provides business forecasts in the specific market regions
•    Responsible for creating Field Services and repairs products sales and go-to-market strategies
•    Responsible for providing expert content to training team and if needed participate into training events.
•    Other duties as assigned

 

Who You Are:

 

•    Bachelor’s in engineering or relevant work experience (+6 years)
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
•    Have capability and perseverance for troubleshooting issues
•    Workstyle is independent and have attention to details
•    Highly motivated in supporting internal customers’ success. 
•    A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
•    Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage
•    Familiarity with the broad range of Stirred Mills & HPGR related equipment / products.
•    Familiarity with the services business and applications, the industry, and the customers is preferred.
•    Understanding of SAP and other commercial and technical data management tools is required.
•    Financials understanding (including pricing, cost analysis, margin levels and SGA).
•    High level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint plus knowledge of Microsoft email and database applications.
•    Leadership and people skills, capability to drive and deliver strategic initiatives.
•    Strong drive and product development skills
