Introduction 

  

We are looking for two (2) Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Proposal Managers to take part in the exciting journey towards becoming a Tier 1 company, by contributing to the successful growth of building value-adding solutions to our customers. Your main focus will be to create complex Life Cycle Services (LCS) proposals for the many aspects of the contractual businesses, supporting multiple Business Lines with scopes covering aftermarket, Capex, shutdowns, modernizations, operation and maintenance, etc, to provide value-based LCS solutions to our customers around the world.  

 

In this role, you will be part of the global Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Team and will have the opportunity to work in an international, collaborative and innovative team. You will be working closely with stakeholders from Business Lines and Market Areas. You will report to the VP of Service Solution Sales. 

  

The location of these global positions will be determined by the successful applicants' closest location to a major Metso office in Chile, Europe, or Western Australia. Please note that only those with full working rights to these office locations will be considered, as no visa support is available for relocation.  

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Review requests from customers or sales team and create cost estimation and proposals to support the sales solution and competitive offering 

  • Liaise extensively with internal stakeholders from BLs to MAs on sales cases that will vary in value from thousands to millions of euros per year according to the scope of the Sales opportunity. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders 

  • Timely delivery of quality proposal documents using standard tools and processes, contributing to the overall sales success rate.  

  • Take ownership and drive the solution and be responsible for continuous improvement. 

 

 

Who you are 

 

  • Ability to work within the ISS team as well as teams within the global Metso organization across different time zones 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in creating complex, value-add solution sales proposals. 

  • Experience in sales financial estimates, cashflow, and Pareto analysis. 

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the services industry. 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to lead the multiple proposals simultaneously and independently 

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure successful deliverables. 

  • Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. 

  • Full working proficiency in either Spanish or Portueguese in both written and verbal communications. (Required only for position located in South America)

  • Desire to advance career into a global market area and commit to continuous learning.
