Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Key Tasks

• Responsible for the establishment of equipment and facility maintenance plan, implementation and evaluation. 
• Working closely with production, engineering department and HSE to ensure the normal operation and efficiency of equipment and facility and to maximum the utilization of equipment.
• Dealing with urgent and big equipment failure and solve problems timely and effectively.
• Develop, improve and modify equipment to meet with the requirements of developing new product, improve product quality, increasing productivity and ensuring safety.
• Work together with production and HSE to ensure supplier and contractor following HSE rules and regulations in foundry.
• Responsible for maintenance documents’ management.
• Responsible for training of staff about equipment and promoting maintenance culture among users.
• Update electricity and water related rules and regulations released by local government.
• Control maintenance cost in budget.
• Team development and successor planning.

Qualifications

• College or above on Mechanical, Electrical or related mojor,

• 5 or above years’ experience in maintenance in multinational company;
• Good TPM actual experience
• Positive and self-motivated
• Sound knowledge of equipment, spare parts, electricity and relevant laws and regulations.
• Good knowledge of  Microsoft Office & IT System
• Plant/Installation Knowledge
• Risk management on Machine guarding 
• Intercultural Communication
• Teamwork spirit
