Quality Manager

Job Duties  and  responsibilities
 Ensure development of quality procedures and standards, certifying technological processes and procedures, qualifying products, and supervising tests.
Coordinate with manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resolve product quality problems.
Plan and lead/coordinate quality related projects.
Responsible for ensuring the production and technological processes to ensure quality.
Lead development and provision of quality promotions and training of staff.
Ensures issuing of technical documentation for customers, aimed at certifying organization´s products´ reliability, safety and guarantee
Leads negotiation of quality standards with customers
Ensures development, regular review, and effectiveness of processes to audit suppliers
Responsible for compliance safety rules and regulations.
Responsible for compliance with environmental law and regulations.
Responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in China, especially the documents based on ISO9001.
Internal  and  external  interfaces
Internal: all the departments in the foundry
External: Supplier, customer
 

Qualifications  and  experience
College or Above
Minimum 5 years experience in quality department of foundry as supervisor
Good knowledge with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Metso IT System Knowledge
Good knowledge of English , both written and spoken
Good communication skill internally and externally
Leadership skills
Teamwork spirit
Self-directed and motivated
