Production Supervisor

• Responsible for the daily management of Rubber workshops, including production activities, HSE, staff and facility equipment. 

• Implement yearly, monthly and daily production plan and focus on cost saving and productivity. Work closely and lead production team to ensure OTD rate.

• Optimize equipment and facility efficiency, including production line, furnace, ladle, flask, crane, sand mixer etc. Follow up maintenance procedures and plans.

• Work closely with quality and engineering department and carry out production activities based on the request of Metso quality and technical standard. Provide strong support to new product development and defective parts testing and investigation, and offer concrete feedback timely.

• Accountable for the training of employees on Metso quality and technical standard and implement accordingly.

• Responsible for the training of employees on HSE, lean knowledge and practices including 5S.TPM, VSM etc., and ensure employees understand and execute them in daily work. Cooperate with maintenance department and work together with HSE to facilitate risk assessment and near-miss reports in responsible areas.

Qualification

• College or above, polymer chemistry or chemistry major would be preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on industrial production management
