The role is assistant and support to Manufacturing implementation standardize local manufacturing process and contribute the continuous improvement of safety , quality and costs;

Main responsibilities 主要职责

1. Support to Implementation standardized local manufacturing process;
2. Contribute the continuous improvement of safety, quality and costs;
3. Support the Kaizen activities to the unit;
4. Draft the manufacturing standard work instructions;
5. Support and involve the new projects realization locally with Manufacturing Engineer;

Essentia

• Minimum college degree in industrial/ manufacturing engineering;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing engineering includes tool design work or equivalent;
• Engineering tools : CAD( Autodesk inventory preferred);
• Basic quality tools knowledge;
• Analytical capability to identify essentials;
• Good in building the team work both internal and external;
• Good skill at Office software;
• Good Reading and writing English.

Desirable

• Transition experience
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
