Logistics Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a Factory/Domestic Logistics Manager, CNS Greater China to join our Consumables Logistics CHN team. The Logistics Manager oversees logistics operations for mining/aggregates consumables, ensuring reliable supply of screening media, wear liners, mill lining components, and future developing products. This role leads logistics transportation including import, domestic transportation, brokerage, suppliers to China customer/factory logistics and planning to support customers across multiple countries.


This position is mainly located in Quzhou China.

 

Team you belong to
You will join a team of supply chain and logistics experts dedicated to optimizing warehousing and distribution processes, who are passionate about driving reliable delivery performance and continuous improvement across logistics operations. We are currently working on visibility and tracking processes, continuous improvement initiatives, performance dashboards, and multi-site distribution operations.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Production, Procurement, Planners, HS&E, and logistics carriers and vendors. Our team culture is all about collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing logistics team to meet service, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Lead the team to execute import brokerage, domestic log of Greater China, supplier‑to‑China customer logistics, suppliers to CNS factories inbound, pumps logistics, DG/Chemical log according to operating model
  • Lead and develop logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Execute inbound, outbound and source‑to‑factory/customer logistics according to operating model. Manage booking‑to‑invoice, documentation, and import/export compliance.
  • Lead visibility and tracking processes for shipments to warehouses, customer facilities, mine sites, and remote locations, including both companyarranged freight and customerarranged logistics partners. Monitor KPIs (OTD, backlog and delivery management, logistics cost, deviation handling)
  • Manage LSPs based on contracts, QBRs, and performance reviews, associate with customs or regulatory partners. Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and transportation regulations across all logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants, procurement, sales, and service teams to align logistics with production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Who you are

  • Relevant education or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management.
  • Strong experience overseeing multi-site warehouse or distribution operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of transportation networks for heavy, oversized, or specialized components.
  • Experience in developing and executing logistics strategies across multiple regions or countries and lead teams through coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
