This role is responsible for providing support to Operations Controller - Quzhou

Main responsibilities

Assist Operations Controller in, and take full responsibility in selected areas of the following tasks in Quzhou foundry or/and Quzhou rubber plant:

•preparation of annual budget, quarter estimation, and Monthly forecast

•financial and operative reports preparation according to company standards

•financial performance monitoring against plan and prepare variance analysis and proposals for improvements e.g., in cost effectiveness

•Provide ad-hoc financial analysis

•Liaise with operation team to monitor inventory movement and stock management

•Review production work-in-progress

•Provide financial support to capital investment applications

•Monitor changes in product costing and provide analysis on impacts to rolling estimate

•Manage controlling related master data according to global standards

•Ad-hoc requirements from manager

To succeed

Essential

•3 – 6 years of experience in business control / financial control / financial and management accounting and reporting

•Good English language skills (both oral and written)

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field

•SAP experience

•Experience with tools like Excel

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•High attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
