• 学习、遵守并践行公司的安全、健康、环境及能源有效性等相关的方针、规范和计划，遵守法律法规；
• 服从设备设施维护、维修相关的工作计划安排，包括但不限于点检、周期性及非周期性维护、维修和优化、改造等；
• 以符合规范的方式执行工作计划安排，并兑现合格的、有效的工作结果；
• 积极反馈和汇报相关的异常，主动寻求帮助和协作；
• 积极参与和执行公司及部门内部的5S方针和规范；
• 积极识别和反馈工作环境内及周边的安全风险因素，并反馈改善建议；
• 积极反馈精益改善相关的事项，提供改善建议；
• 积极响应改善措施的落地执行；
• 配合和服从白、中、夜三班倒班的工作需求和安排。

Essential

• 中专或高中以上学历。
• 3年以上的铸造行业设备维护、维修工作经历，或制造业、重工业设备维护、维修工作经历。
• 电工作业相关的特种作业操作证，涵盖：高压运行维护作业、高压安装修造作业、低压电工作业、安装、维修、配电作业等。
• 具有熔化焊接与热切割作业的上岗证——焊工证为宜。
• 具备阅读电气原理图及结构图的能力，同时具备阅读机械、气动、液压传动图纸的能力为宜。
