Main job is to support melting supervisor to solve technology, quality and management issue that happened in production area. 主要职责是协助熔炼车间主任解决生产过程中遇到的技术、质量及管理问题	描述岗位主要“卖点”以及该岗位（团队、部门或者MO）的优势或亮点

Assist melting supervisor on the on-site process implementation, management, supervision in melting workshop. 协助熔炼车间主任进行生产现场日常工艺的实施、管理、监督。 Assist the implementation of production plan and timely solve problem in the execution process. 协助跟进生产进度，并及时解决生产计划执行中出现的问题 Responsible for the implementation and supervision of quality standard, solve problem by communicating with quality and engineering dept. 负责质量标准的执行与监督，会同质量、工程部及时解决执行中出现的问题 Auditing equipment utilization, and follow up the execution of maintenance and improvement plan. 审核设备的使用，根据维保计划跟进执行情况与改进计划 Research and report workshop layout, equipment and methodology improvement to support the decision of management team. 进行有关车间布局、设备和工艺改进和成本控制等的研究和报告，为管理层的决策提供数据支持 Assist the summary, analysis and following up of risk observation in workshop, and HSE and Lean improvement project. 协助车间进行风险观察的汇总、分析与跟进，以及有关HSE与精益改善项目 Make cost control plan for workshop based on company’s target 根据公司目标制定车间成本控制方案 Responsible for the training of methodology, quality and cost control etc. Responsible for the operation of ISO9000 quality assurance system in production process. 负责组织车间有关工艺、质量控制、成本控制等方面的培训，负责ISO9000质保体系在生产过程中的运行 Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 主管安排的其他工作	向谁询问该岗位的相关信息以及Ta的联系方式岗位申请时间线岗位的其他重要信息描述

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or material engineering preferable 本科及以上学历，铸造专业、金属材料专业或机械工程专业优先 Operational and manufacturing knowledge 运营和生产知识 Product, service and installation knowledge 产品、服务、安装知识 Lean knowledge and practice 精益知识和实践 Technical standards knowledge 技术标准知识 Sound communication and problem solving skill 较强的沟通及解决问题技巧 Teamwork spirit, positive and self-motivation 团队精神、乐观、积极主动 Good spoken and written English preferable 良好的英语说写能力者优先 Good knowledge of word, excel and PPT etc. 良好的Word, Excel与PPT技巧
