- Lead the Product Group with responsibility for growth, profitability, competitiveness, and portfolio performance.
- Define and execute the product group strategy in alignment with the Grinding business line and Minerals business area strategy.
- Drive product portfolio development, lifecycle management, commercialization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the technology, innovation, and R&D agenda to maintain the Product Group's market-leading position.
- Establish and maintain the technical selling framework for the Product Group's products and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to ensure continued market leadership.
- Work closely with Market Areas, Services, Product Engineering, Product Technical Support, and other business lines to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strong track record of delivering business results in a global industrial company, preferably within the mining, minerals processing, or capital equipment industries.
- Experienced in driving growth, profitability, product strategy, and portfolio development.
- Capable of building long-lasting and valuable customer relationships.
- Experience leading technology development, innovation, and commercialization of products and solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer value, market needs, and business performance.
- Passion for building high-performing, collaborative teams across different countries and cultures.
- Hands-on approach to working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
