We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our collaborative HR team. Reporting to the Vice President, HR Asia Pacific, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Australia to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and performance.

- Provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee life cycle in our office and manufacturing environment across Australia
- Partner with managers on all people related matters, including employee relations, grievance and disciplinary processes
- Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures and initiatives that align with the business goals
- Actively participate in People and Culture projects and initiatives
- Support onboarding, compliance checks, induction and off-boarding
- Coach and support employees and managers through the annual performance and development planning cycle
- Manage and maintain HR records
- Create, update and review relevant HR and Labour reports
- Ensure best practice processes/systems are in place for continuous improvement

You’re an experienced HR professional who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and influencing positive change. You bring both strategic insight and practical expertise to every interaction.
You’ll also have:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work legislation, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally when required.
