- Lead and supervise field service technicians on customer sites
- Act as the main onsite technical contact for customers and technicians
- Coordinate job planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Support development of scopes of work, job plans and pricing
- Ensure timely completion of reports, timesheets and expenses
- Perform hands-on mechanical service work, including inspections, installs and maintenance
- Interpret drawings and hydraulic schematics to ensure correct processes are followed
- Assist with complex technical issues alongside Technical Support teams
- Ensure all work meets Metso’s HS&E, quality and documentation standards
- Promote Metso products and support warranty and RCA processes where required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial equipment technical support and service
- Relevant Mechanical Trade certificate
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting capability and ability to lead teams under varied conditions
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to pass random medical and drug tests
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Current driver’s licence
