You will report to the Director, Manufacturing Execution Processes.
In this role, you will connect factory operations with technical teams, helping turn systems and manufacturing data into value for the business.
What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day administration and operational support of the OEE platform across manufacturing sites, acting as a trainer and subject-matter expert for factory users and key stakeholders
- Monitor and manage data flows from production equipment and shop-floor systems into the OEE platform, analytics, and reporting solutions, ensuring accurate and reliable manufacturing data
- Coordinate ERP integration with OEE and MES systems, including production-order and operation-confirmation data flows, interface testing, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate the onboarding and connection of new production equipment, including requirements definition, testing, validation, documentation, and handover to operations
- Troubleshoot system, software, interface, configuration, and data-quality issues in collaboration with internal IT teams and external software suppliers, while ensuring consistent and correct OEE system usage
- Analyze availability, performance, and quality losses to identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to common standards, training materials, system enhancements, manufacturing digitalization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Information Systems, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- You understand manufacturing operations, production processes, equipment behavior, and production losses, with experience in OEE, MES, manufacturing data systems, industrial digitalization, or similar production-performance solutions.
- You understand equipment connectivity and data flows between machines, shop-floor solutions, ERP systems, business applications, and reporting platforms, including interface testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- You have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills and are comfortable resolving technical and data-quality issues with IT teams and external software suppliers
- You are a confident communicator and trainer who can work effectively with technical and operational stakeholders in an international, multi-site environment, and you have professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools, Lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, industrial automation, PLC, OPC, IoT, edge technologies, SQL, or machine integration is considered an advantage
