Introduction
We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our Services Support team in Canada. You will play a key role in supporting the administration of pricing strategy and maintaining accurate, up to date pricing information for new and active Price Agreements across the region. Your role is essential to ensuring pricing compliance, operational efficiency, and effective customer support while enabling consistent execution of the Aftermarket services strategy.
In this position, you will report to Alexis Vouitsis, Senior Manager, Commercial Support & Strategic Initiatives, Canada.
This position is mainly located in Montreal,QC, with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. While primarily office based, collaboration with commercial and customer facing teams is required to support regional pricing activities.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of commercial and pricing support professionals dedicated to enabling accurate pricing execution and supporting regional sales and service teams. The team strives to ensure pricing consistency, compliance, and transparency across all Aftermarket services and sales agreements.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Site Account Managers (SAM), Business Line teams, Commercial Contract Specialists, and Global Pricing, as well as ERP and CRM support functions. Our team culture is grounded in collaboration, accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Team members are located across Canada and in global support functions.
What you’ll do
• Support the administration of business line pricing strategies and published pricing using ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
• Provide pricing support to Customer Service and Site Account Managers for fixed price list inquiries
• Prepare and maintain price list proposals based on Market Area List Prices (MALP) and customer requirements
• Liaise with Business Line teams to align fixed pricing with internal approval and governance processes
• Coordinate with SAMs and Commercial Contract Specialists to review pricing contracts and identify compliance issues
• Review active price agreements on a regular basis and ensure timely customer submissions
• Upload agreed fixed pricing into SAP and maintain accurate pricing records within required timelines
• Maintain fixed price list registries and ensure contract records are accurate and up to date in Salesforce
Who you are
• Experience in pricing administration, customer service, or commercial support within a multi product organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and calculate discounts, margins, percentages, and pricing structures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands on experience with SAP and Salesforce
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Highly detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Able to prioritize tasks, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines
• Nice to have: Recent graduates in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, or related fields are encouraged to apply
