Introduction
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational execution of all delivery modes, including inbound, outbound, and direct source-to-customer shipments, contributing to efficient and compliant transportation operations. You will report to the Inbound SVS Logistics Manager, US & CA.
This role is based in Montreal, QC, with hybrid working options available.
This role includes approximately 10% travel.
Team you will belong to
You will join a team of logistics specialists professionals focused on proactively monitoring shipments and coordinating logistics execution. Our team plays a key role in ensuring smooth transportation processes between logistics centers, service providers, and customers, with a shared focus on efficient, accurate, and timely delivery operations.
We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Order Management) and external logistics service providers such as warehouses, brokers, and transportation partners. Our team is based in US and CA and our ways of working emphasize open communication, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and source-to-customer transportation in line with operating models and Incoterms
- Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with logistics service providers (warehousing, brokerage, transportation) to ensure smooth operations
- Support internal stakeholders with logistics information and operational guidance
- Ensure logistics system setup complies with global and regional guidelines
- Oversee shipment execution, including booking, shipping, and loading activities
- Ensure customs compliance and manage customs brokerage execution
- Match and post freight invoices according to guidelines
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years prior experience in a logistics role required
- Advanced understanding of Incoterms and transportation responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of trade compliance requirements for US inbound/outbound shipments
- Experience working with SAP order management and delivery modules
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 – $80,000 CAD, per year.
