Introduction
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist, Crushing & Screening to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will support customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial opportunities related to crushing and screening equipment, spare and wear parts, upgrades, replacements, and related services. You will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate, and technically sound solutions that improve customer experience and support aftermarket business growth. You will report to the Manager, Customer Service.
This role is based in Canada, with hybrid working options available.

You will join a team of customer-focused professionals dedicated to supporting our installed equipment base and delivering value through responsive aftermarket service. Our team plays a key role in helping customers maximize equipment performance and lifecycle value, with a shared focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
We collaborate closely with customers, Customer Service Representatives, Site Account Managers, Technical Sales Support, Product Support, Engineering, Procurement, and business line specialists. Our ways of working emphasize open communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
What you'll do
- Support customer inquiries, quotations, and opportunities related to Crushing & Screening equipment, spare parts, wear parts, upgrades, replacements, and services.
- Review equipment models, serial numbers, configurations, drawings, bills of materials, and supply history to identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Help customers and internal stakeholders identify spare-part, wear-part, upgrade, replacement, and lifecycle solutions.
- Clarify technical and commercial requirements to ensure quotation accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and support technical quotations, including scope, pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Technical Sales Support, Product Support, Engineering, Procurement, and business line experts to validate and develop solutions.
- Partner with Site Account Managers to identify aftermarket and lifecycle opportunities within the installed customer base.
- Follow up on open quotations and support the progression of qualified commercial opportunities.
What you'll bring
- Experience in technical sales, inside sales, customer service, product support, or another customer-facing industrial role.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, bills of materials, and equipment information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical solutions.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
- Knowledge of crushing and screening equipment, aggregates, mining operations, or aftermarket solutions (nice to have).
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (nice to have).
