Introduction
We are seeking a Data-Driven Sales Coordinator to join our Metso team. You will be responsible for empowering our sales team with clean, actionable SalesForce data and insights. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between sales strategy and execution—ensuring our SalesForce is optimized, our pipeline is accurate, and our team is equipped with the data they need to close deals faster. In this position, you will report to our Vice President, Sales & Service, Canada.
This position can be located throughout Canada at one of our various offices in Burlington, Montreal, Prince George, or Sudbury, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce and other CRM data integrity
- Support sales reps with lead assignment, account updates, and opportunity tracking
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Assist in onboarding and training sales team members on CRM best practices
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to support sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows
Who you are
- 2+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or CRM-focused role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms – Salesforce is a must
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written)
