Introduction

 

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with all HR team members in supporting our Mesa, AZ location. This involves onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, facilitation of training, performance management, policy creation and implementation, HR data analytics, and employment law compliance. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring adherence and compliance with employment laws and regulations, which will contribute to the overall success of the organization. In this position, you will report to the Director, Human Resources.

 

This position is mainly located in Mesa, AZ, and we are happy to offer a hybrid working arrangement.

 

Team you belong to

 

You will join a team of Human Resource professionals dedicated to supporting the organization's HR needs. 

 

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as managers and the talent acquisition team. Our team culture is all about collaboration and continuous improvement. The members of our team are located in various locations across North and Central America.

 

What you’ll do

 

•    Implement various HR programs.
•    Periodically review and submit updates of HR policies and procedures to HR management.
•    Improve manager and employee performance.
•    Rely on HR metrics to provide measurable value to the organization.
•    Partner with managers on various compensation activities.
•    Partner with managers and the talent acquisition team to identify resourcing needs.
•    Contribute towards the global and local people’s initiatives.
•    Develop and conduct various HR-related presentations and training.

•    Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
