Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Services Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy (BDH) Aftermarket Projects (ETO) delivery team.
This is a global team that is responsible for managing upgrade and modernization projects cross-borders and cross-technologies. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in accordance with the Metso processes, tools policies utilizing solid Project Management practices.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Projects NCA, and is ideally located in Mesa Arizona or York Pennsylvania , but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to:
You will join a growing team of Project Management professionals who collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as (but not limited to) Sales, Proposals and Account Management, Technical Sales Support, Product Commercial Support, Engineering, Purchasing, Sourcing and Logistics.
Furthermore you will work in closely with external stakeholders including Customers, Vendors, Engineering companies and the like.

We implement upgrade and modernization/ retrofit projects across the full suite of BDH products / technologies, being Filtration, Flotation, Thickener, Automation and Hydrometallurgy.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of demanding high Impact Complex projects in accordance with Metso processes, tools and policies, utilizing solid Project Management practices.
- Responsible for leading project teams, ensuring deliveries are properly resourced, meet customer expectations, fulfill contract obligations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget.
- Responsible for stakeholder communication and relationship management (customers, suppliers, internal units).
- Responsible for adhering to robust scope change management practices in delivering projects including project upsales.
- Responsible for managing lessons learned, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in project portfolio meetings.
- Supporting warranty process RCA and resolution as applicable.
- Ensures that information updates are done in Installed Base.
- Provide support (technical and cost input) for sales cases and proposals.

- Leading with purpose: Guide project teams to deliver on customer expectations, contractual commitments, and internal targets for safety, quality, timelines, and budget.
- Building strong relationships: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders—customers, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Driving value: Manage scope changes effectively and identify upselling opportunities within projects.
- Fostering continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned and share insights to enhance future project performance.
- Collaborating across the business: Participate in project portfolio meetings and support warranty resolution processes when needed.
- Keeping systems up to date: Ensure accurate updates in the Installed Base and contribute technical and cost input for sales proposals.
