Introduction

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist – North & Central America to join our regional marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth which involves delivering targeted multi-channel campaigns and coordinating events and content. 

 

Your role plays a crucial part in generating qualified leads and delivering measurable business impact. In this position, you will report to Director, Marketing NCA

 

This position is mainly located in Mesa, Arizona, and we are happy to offer a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in the office). Occasional regional travel may be required, mainly for events.


Team you belong to

You will join a team of marketing and go-to-market professionals dedicated to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across North & Central America. We are currently working on multi-channel lead generation campaigns, customer events and industry trade shows, and regional content and communications.

 

We work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, technical support, product teams, global marketing, branding, and corporate communications. Our team culture is all about collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering consistent, on-brand execution across channels. The members in our team are located in USA, Canada, and Mexico.


What you’ll do

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including landing pages, marketing assets, and social media content.
  • Plan and execute customer events and industry trade shows (logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and lead management/reporting).
  • Develop and localize customer-facing communications (customer success stories, newsletters, media content) and ensure timely delivery across channels.
  • Support content marketing initiatives, including drafting, proofreading, optimization, and approval coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, product teams, global marketing, branding, and corporate communications to roll out campaigns.
  • Manage web-generated leads, including filtering and assignment to the correct sales channels.
  • Track and report marketing performance, contributing to dashboards and reports using data from multiple systems.
  • Provide general project and administrative support, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across regional activities.


Who you are

  • Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to digital campaigns, social media, and event coordination.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, design tools, and website CMS platforms.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Comfortable using CRM/marketing systems and working with campaign performance data; able to support dashboards and reporting.
