Introduction

 

We are looking for a Global Product Specialist to join our dynamic Services Business Area. In this critical role, you will lead global improvements on wear and spare components for High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) and act as the key technical liaison across business lines. This is a global position with strategic impact, reporting directly to the Global Product Manager.

 

This position is mainly located in Mesa, Arizona.

We work closely with internal teams like Field Services, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales, as well as external partners and global customers. Our team culture is built on collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Provide high-level technical support to internal teams and customers across all aspects of HPGR and stirred mill products.
  • Deliver internal and external training and support supplier and customer opportunity analysis.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for product performance, value generation, and field service application.
  • Collaborate with Product & Process Engineering on process design, product enhancements, and machine optimization.
  • Lead or support the installation, commissioning, and operational optimization of parts and systems.
  • Assist Engineering and Procurement teams with vendor qualification and selection.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales tools development with technical input.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the product portfolio, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Support R&D initiatives and work alongside RTD teams to ensure long-term competitiveness and innovation.
  • Help maintain global and regional pricing structures and inventory management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain technical training content for internal and external audiences.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and collaborate on engineering solutions to resolve them efficiently.
  • Monitor task completion, document performance, and ensure data accuracy in all systems.

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record in a technical or engineering-focused role, ideally within industrial or heavy machinery environments.
  • Strong experience with tools such as Teamcenter, Vault Professional, Inventor, and/or AutoCAD.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in supporting field service operations is highly desirable.
