Alternant Support Managérial DMO

Votre mission :

Intégré(e) à l'équipe DMO (Distribution Management Organisation) pour la région EMEA (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique), l’alternant(e) contribuera à la gestion et à l’analyse des données commerciales :

• Remontée et analyse des ventes par zone
• Création et suivi de bases de données, indicateurs clés (KPI)
• Utilisation des outils Metso : SharePoint, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce

Vos Responsabilités :

Tâches principales

• Mise à jour des outils CRM (Salesforce, Power BI) : opportunités, comptes clients, contrats, tableaux de bord
• Suivi des facturations à risque et des impayés (Overdues)
• Relances clients (mail/téléphone)
• Analyse commerciale (top distributeurs, volumes, consommation annuelle)
• Organisation d’évènements et de formations (clients/distributeurs)
• Suivi des business plans distributeurs
• Préparation des réunions mensuelles DMO (PPT + extractions Salesforce/Power BI)

Tâches secondaires

• Études de marché / benchmarking
• Suivi de projets (partenariats distributeurs)
• Analyse des prix et des commandes

• Organisation, autonomie, sens des priorités
• Proactivité et aisance dans un environnement multiculturel
• Anglais courant (niveau professionnel)
