Are you a third-year student at a logistics-related institution looking to gain hands-on experience this summer? Metso is offering an exciting opportunity for you!

This position is located in Almaty.

Team you belong to:

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive logistics team, where you'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on knowledge in international company.

What you’ll do as a Summer Trainee in Logistics:

• Input data into ERP for inbound/outbound logistics.

• Assist in obtaining DeclarationsL.

• Prepare c tables for customs formalities.

• Prepare technical descriptions.

• Communicate with logistics service providers.

• Interact with other company departments.

Our requirements:

• Critical thinker with an open-minded and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Currently a third-year student at a logistics-related institution.

• General understanding of logistics processes, information, and documentation flows.

• Beginner level knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

• Very good communication skills.

• Intermediate level in English.

• Proficient computer user. Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word. Power BI is a plus.

• Familiarity with modern information systems and ERPs (e.g., SAP, 1C, Axapta).

Schedule:

• First Three Months: Full-time (40 hours per week).

• Optional Extension: Additional three months based on performance, part-time (20 hours per week).
