Introduction 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to support the sales and trial testing of mill discharge pumps, hydrocyclones, and other mining capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in grinding mill circuits, be fluent in English, and possess practical experience working at a mine site, enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams. 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide technical support for trial tests of mill discharge pumps, hydrocyclones, and related equipment.
  • Assist in selling mining capital equipment by offering technical expertise to clients.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and collaborate with customers to optimize equipment performance.
  • Analyze grinding mill circuit operations and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop strategies for equipment promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mining operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.

 

Who you are

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Experience in grinding mill circuits and knowledge of mining capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of hydrocyclones, mill discharge pumps, and mineral processing.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and client meetings.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience working at a mine site, understanding on-site challenges and operations.
    • Prior experience in sales and technical support within the mining industry.
    • Knowledge of process optimization and equipment troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with mining regulations and safety standards.
