Introduction

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our Planning & Simulation project. You will participate in the Quality & Infrastructure team.

The successful candidate may be based in Poland, Krakow, or Espoo, Pori, Tampere, Finland. We also have a hybrid model available. 

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Perform requirements analysis and collaborate closely with developers and product teams
  • Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for:
    • Desktop applications
    • Web applications
    • Microservices (REST, gRPC)
  • Participate in quality improvements and propose better testing approaches
  • Actively contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams in order to increase code coverage and quality of the products.

 

Who you are

  • QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • Experienced in test analysis and test design
  • Hands-on experienced with test automation
  • Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language:
    • C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
  • Experience with any of modern test frameworks and tools, such as: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, NUnit, JUnit, TestNG, Jest, PyTest
  • Proactive mindset focused on quality improvement
  • Strong team player attitude (important!)

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience testing desktop applications
  • Experience working with microservices architectures
  • Experience with databases and data validation
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
