JOB TITLE: State Head, Orrisa,  Aggregate Sales

JOB STATEMENT: This role is responsible for sales function of Crushing & Screening Equipments (All range of Metso Outotec Aggregates business products)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and preparing quotations, estimates or projected increases in production or improved profitability from customer’s uses of proposed equipment or services.

• Drawing up or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction and improvement in operation profitability with technology of Metso Outotec.

• Providing technical sales to customers for their greenfield and brown field requirements of customers to scale up their business to meet market demand.

• Drawing up sales contract for Crushing & Screening Equipment.

• Identifying the Target market, positioning the product, services appropriately and new opportunities for business growth

• Planning and implementing sales programs to promote Metso Outotec products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.

• Confers with potential customer to ascertain equipment, supplies and business-related needs.

• Advising customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability and intended use. Responsible for sales forecasting, salesforce for business analysis for assigned customer base and sets performance goals accordingly.

• Maintaining close relationships with customers to determine customer needs, price schedules. Conduct Sales presentations to decision markers in target organisation.

• Developing capital equipment sales (crushers, screens etc) for the assigned area.

• Developing value add customer relationships, all sales related aspects including proposal preparation, discussions and finalization of agreements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant work experience – Minimum 6-10  years of experience
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of crushers & screening equipment.
• Working knowledge of Machines and equipment
