Job statement:

 

Ensure product quality through warehouse processes and warehouse operational execution of day-to-day operations

 

Responsibilities and Duties on this position:

 

  • Warehouse operational support and functions close to the warehouse and product quality related matters.
  • Handling and managing product quality inspections in inbound (goods receiving) and managing possible claims towards the shipper with alignment of other functions
  • Customer claims handling and corrective & preventing actions implementation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems development together with the other functions
  • Acting as a key user/contact for the warehouse systems and tools in use – Business Support Group member for the WMS integration
  • Coordination of the warranty and claim processes to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Cooperate with specific Business Lines for required product quality and inspection related support
  • Project participation related to the warehouse operations
  • Ensuring proper set-up of master data for the warehouse for clear reporting and visibility
  • Capabilities for travelling to the responsible Distribution Centers
  • Local transportation arrangement, paperwork related.

  • Logistics Operations
  • Delivery Operations (Purchasing, Sales and other functions)
  • Logistics Service Providers foreign and locally
  • Logistics Excellence
  • Logistics Quality & Sustainability for optimized packaging
  • Local and Foreign vendors

 

To succeed in this position, you will need:

 

  • Technical secondary education;
  • Working experience (2 year) in logistics and warehousing sphere;
  • Legislation, Rules on warehousing and transportation sphere;
  • Understanding and knowledge processes of Supply Chain, logistics, warehousing, foreign-economic activities
  • Primary English skill (oral and written)
  • Advanced computer skills including office programs Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
  • ERP system experience, 1C and SAP preference
  • Ability to understand engineering documentation
  • Positive good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated individuality with the ability to work under stress
  • Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Proactivity
  • Knowledge of safety procedures at warehouse facilities
  • Knowledge of the basics of warehouse structure and requirements
  • Understanding of international documents related to warehouse operations
  • Understanding of packaging requirements
