We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Consumables, Pumps team. You will be responsible for overall administration duties for the Kalgoorlie Pumps Service & Operations Centre. 

Based at our Kalgoorlie Pumps Centre, you will report into the Operations Manager, Australia.

What you’ll do

 

  • Collate and submit weekly Works in Progress reports to customers. 
  • Assist with the administrative duties in relation to contractual obligations, to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Follow up on job completion and closure.
  • Prepare invoices, cost summary reports and investigate unpaid invoices.
  • Manage inventory for repairs, tracking and updating Service Manager of any deviation to agreed delivery dates.
  • Prepare and issuing quotations.
  • Create and maintain electronic job files.
  • Create packing lists and non-sales shipments for movement of goods to be repaired or refurbished.
  • Purchase consumables for the workshop.
  • Collate, manage and submit monthly reports for service activities.
  • Price Sales orders.
  • Provide Service Manager with weekly WIP table.
  • Prepare parts requisitions and purchase requisitions.
  • As required, assist with administration, planning, coordinating and reception duties.

 


Who you are

 

  • Experience in relevant roles.
  • A proven track record of professional accomplishment and reliability.
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office – Word and Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills – numerical and alphanumerical.
  • Self-motivated and takes pride in their work.
  • Able to work well in a small team environment, that will be autonomous in nature most of the time.


Desirable

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office based role. 
  • Knowledge and experience in the service or heavy industrial workshop industry.
  • SAP (or relevant system) experience.
  • Technical report writing.


This role will suit someone who is wanting to take ownership of the administration aspect of this workplace and take pride in their work. 
Common sense, practical and logical in thought would also see you work effortlessly with your direct supervisor.
