Are you an experienced order management professional ready to take the lead in a high‑impact role? We are seeking a Senior Order & Execution Lead Coordinator to drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence across our Australia Pumps business. This newly established role has been created to strengthen our end‑to‑end order execution capability and support our ongoing growth ambitions.

As the Senior Coordinator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders—from creation and planning through to execution and delivery—ensuring all workflow steps run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company standards. You will manage complex engineered orders, lead drop‑shipment processes, and provide day‑to‑day leadership to our coordination team. This position plays a key part in improving order quality, reducing lead times, enhancing SAP workflow performance, and increasing overall operational throughput.

 

In addition to hands‑on order leadership, you will act as a critical enabler for our future growth. By lifting process discipline, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and mentoring coordinators, you will help ensure the business can scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional service to our customers. This is an ideal role for a detail‑focused, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading others to success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end‑to‑end customer order workflows
  • Handle complex, engineered, and high‑value orders with precision
  • Lead drop‑shipment coordination and SAP sales/production order creation
  • Allocate workload and provide coaching to Order Execution Coordinators
  • Interpret engineering drawings and production requirements
  • Liaise with assembly, warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams
  • Maintain strong communication with customers regarding order status
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IMS procedures

 

About You

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years’ experience in order management or production coordination
  • Strong SAP (SD/MM/PP) capability
  • Proven workflow leadership experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
