Project & Order Execution Coordinator – Australia Pumps

The Role

Australia Pumps is looking for a results‑driven Project & Order Execution Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of pump equipment orders within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This role suits a professional who is highly organised, task‑focused, and comfortable working autonomously, while coordinating across multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver on customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate customer orders from order entry through production and delivery
Plan and manage production orders using SAP
Actively track progress and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
Work across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required
Proactively resolve issues related to scheduling, materials, and capacity
Maintain a strong focus on deadlines, accuracy, and quality

What You’ll Bring

A background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing environments
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Excellent task prioritisation and organisational skills
Experience with SAP and production planning systems
Customer‑focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills
Fluency in English (Spanish highly regarded)
